Kiki is the mother of Kira and Kimani, and she also treats Little Joe and Okie as her children, as she has helped raise them from a young age. Zookeepers describe her as a great mom who is very patient.

In the Tropical Forest indoor exhibit, Kiki likes bringing Kimani up to the glass when children are around. She responds well to visitors, especially children.

Kiki likes to make nests out of hay to sleep in at night. She likes to eat grapes and bananas.
